About Us

Fountain Brooks Montessori School was founded on the 12th of September, 2005 as a private co-educational day Christian school to cater for children between 1-11 years old. It was born out of the desire to provide qualitative education coupled with high moral standards necessary to raise childhood leaders who are prepared to thrive in a global world.

In 2005, Fountain brooks started with 10 children at our first facility located on Ogudu road. 18 years later, the school has graduated over 80 students and expanded to a 20-room purpose-built facility with twelve conveniences located in a secure child-friendly environment and free from the hustle and bustle of the Lagos traffic.

Over the years, our ethos has remained the same: Creating an environment that supports each child to develop his/her potentials maximally, in a non-competitive and encouraging atmosphere while maintaining excellence and high standards in preparing the child for the next level of education.

In our 18 years of operation, we have won laurels in academics, arts and sports competitions. The testimonials we receive from both past and present parents concerning our children’s performances (including those abroad), attest to the fact that Fountain Brooks is indeed a place where children are given the solid foundation they need to excel in life.
